Position: Sales Force Executive | Jubilee Insurance

Location: DAR ES SALAAM, MWANZA, ARUSHA

We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join us as Sales Force Executives.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote Life Insurance Products:
   • Actively promote and market the Life Insurance products offered by the company.
2. Customer Need Analysis:
   • Conduct a thorough analysis of customer needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.
3. Customer Relationship Building:
   • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
4. Create Awareness:
   • Generate awareness about the importance of Life insurance and its benefits.
5. Achieve Business Targets:
   • Meet project targets for new business and renewals.
6. Proactive Sales:
   • Proactively engage with prospective customers for new business and cross-selling opportunities.
7. Training Participation:
   • Attend periodic training sessions on new products and industry updates.
8. Customer-Centric Approach:
   • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, maintaining ethical standards set by the company.
9. Persistency Management:
   • Ensure a persistency rate of over 90% on sourced policies through continuous follow-up.
10. Maintain Company Values:
    • Uphold the core values, vision, and mission of the company throughout your association.
11. Sales Compliance:
    • Adhere to sales compliance standards in all business transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum insurance qualification, CoP, diploma, or degree.
• At least one year of experience in sales and marketing.
• Age 25 and above with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in digital services sales and marketing.
