Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including selling IT solutions to potential customers and providing training on the use of our products and services. The Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing sales teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Proven sales experience, including sales management skills
• Experience in providing sales training
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable
