Hani Zidane, our third-in-command, brings a wealth of experience to the table. As the Recruitment Team Leader, Hani is at the forefront of our quest for a High Value Relationship Manager. His seasoned presence has been influencing the industry since 2017.

About the Job

Unlock the potential of the in-country High Value Relationship Manager role – a position that goes beyond the ordinary. We’re seeking an individual who can build enduring relationships with high-end players, extracting maximum value and ensuring retention within their segment.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Crafting Memorable Experiences:

  • Strategizing and executing gifting initiatives for birthdays, holidays, wins, and losses.
  • Using commercial acumen to maximize player Lifetime Value.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of gifting strategies over time.

2. Creating Unforgettable Moments:

  • Managing player selection and effective cost management for events and roadshows.
  • Confirming attendance and executing logistics to ensure successful group events.
  • Tracking changes in player value and retention post-events.

3. Financial Wizardry:

  • Reporting on the financial performance of the High Value segment.
  • Understanding profitability numbers and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Developing strategies to grow Net Contribution from potential High Value customers.

4. Client Support and Outbounding Mastery:

  • Addressing client alerts promptly and maintaining a minimum of 4 contacts per month per player.
  • Responding effectively to issues affecting High Value customers.

5. Campaign Innovation:

  • Identifying, designing, and implementing initiatives to retain or reacquire lapsed and inactive High Value customers.
  • Ensuring localized and relevant campaigns with insightful post-campaign analyses.

6. Information Mastery:

  • Capturing and updating player information, including soft facts, on applicable CRM tools.
  • Going beyond basic details to capture hobbies, sports, favorite teams, marital status, and more.

7. High Value Player Acquisition:

  • Leveraging local networks, incentivized referrals, and marketing opportunities to acquire new High Value customers.

Skills and Experience Required

We’re not just looking for qualifications; we’re seeking a visionary who can bring the following to the table:

  • Marketing Degree or relevant qualification/experience.
  • Client Relationship management expertise.
  • Exceptional communication across all levels.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Interpersonal and negotiation prowess.
  • Deadline and target-driven with excellent time management.
  • Web/e-commerce experience (advantageous but not a necessity).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Organizational, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for effective output coordination.
