Criteria for Candidates:

Prospective candidates are encouraged to apply if they meet the following criteria:

• Strong commitment to a career in guiding
• Willingness to learn and capacity as a team player
• Good communication and listening skills
• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Genuine and honest personality
• Presentable appearance

Requirements:

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
• Possession of a Class C driving license (new system)
• Willingness to be based in camps located in remote locations
• Age limit not exceeding 35 years

Interested candidates who meet the requirements are invited to the Asilia Office in Arusha on January 24, 2024, at 09:00 AM with the following documents:

1. CV/Resume with one contact number
2. Original/copy of Class C driving license or payment proof
3. TIN Number and NIDA number
4. Any guiding certificates and reference letters

Interviews will be conducted during this time, spanning up to three days, and ladies are particularly encouraged to apply.
