Insignia Limited, a renowned company at the forefront of innovation, is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in Tanzania. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide sales training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products or services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 5 years’ experience as a Regional Sales Manager.
- Proven work experience in a similar senior sales role, such as Regional Sales Manager or Area Manager.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
