Insignia Limited, a renowned company at the forefront of innovation, is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in Tanzania. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products or services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Regional Sales Manager.
  • Proven work experience in a similar senior sales role, such as Regional Sales Manager or Area Manager.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
