A. Position: Product Master – Trainer

B. Location: Geita, Tanzania

III. Responsibilities

A. Technical Support

1. Provide information on the accuracy of Machine Life Operating Cost (MLOC).
2. Investigate warranty claims proactively and reactively, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback to the Service Manager.
3. Conduct installation and repairs of Loader & Truck Technical Faults.
4. Repair all components brought to the workshop.
5. Evaluate components for forward planning and conduct Root Cause & Failure analysis.

B. Reporting and Documentation

1. Prepare and provide daily reports to site supervisors.
2. Prioritize and schedule follow-up services and maintenance plans.
3. Ensure all filing (history) is up to date and managed correctly.

C. Training and Safety

1. Offer practical hands-on training for the Sandvik Team and Clients Team.
2. Keep records and provide reports on training program needs and performance.
3. Conduct safety and housekeeping in workshops and surrounding work areas.

IV. Requirements

A. Qualifications

1. Trade qualified or similar qualifications disciplined in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics systems.

B. Experience

1. Minimum seven years’ experience maintaining Sandvik underground loader and hauling equipment.
2. Strong understanding of underground machines, operating principles, and practices.
3. Deep working knowledge of the Sandvik product range.

C. Skills

1. Good communication and customer service skills.
2. Ability to build long-term relationships.
3. Training experience or qualifications will be looked upon favorably.
