Position: Outlet Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and lounges.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, control costs, and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Lead and motivate the outlet team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor service standards and ensure adherence to Rotana Hotels’ brand standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and food offerings that cater to diverse guest preferences.
- Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff members.
- Conduct regular inspections of the outlets to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing costs, and achieving operational targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, beverage management, and service standards.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant hospitality management software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
