Role Description:

As a full-time, on-site Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Web Corporation Limited. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Marketing Campaigns: Deploying successful marketing campaigns and overseeing their implementation from ideation to execution.
2. Acquisition Channels: Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, social media, and lead generation.
3. Content Creation: Producing valuable and engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
4. Strategic Partnerships: Building strategic relationships and collaborating with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
5. Budget Management: Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget quarterly and annually, allocating funds wisely.
6. Material Oversight: Overseeing and approving marketing materials, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
7. Performance Analytics: Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights, and assessing against goals.
8. Consumer Behavior Analysis: Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Requirement for the Role:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advantage: Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Proven Ability: Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
