Job Description
As the Head of Customer Service, your role will encompass various responsibilities aimed at managing and enhancing the customer service operations. The key duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day customer service operations.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and the corporate office, building strong relationships.
- Designing and implementing training programs for the department.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Collecting and analyzing customer service department metrics.
- Conducting performance reviews of subordinates.
- Leading quarterly meetings with department heads.
- Executing related duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer Service Management and Customer Service skills.
- Experience with Analytical Skills to evaluate and monitor customer data, market trends, and feedback.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Experience working in the FinTech industry is a plus.
