ABOUT THE POSITION

Purpose of the Job: The Farm Manager will play a key role in overseeing the successful production of various crops, including Wheat, Maize, Soya, Bananas, and Sugarcane.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant Qualifications

Technical Competencies & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing production on a large scale.
• Knowledge of large-scale irrigation.

Behavioural Competencies:

• Strong organizational and responsibility skills.
• Ability to identify scenarios and correlate them with opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships with customers and dealers.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
