Azania Bank PLC has allocated funds and is invi:ting competent vendors to participate in the following tenders for the Financial Year 2024:

Azania Bank PLC invites eligible Tenderers to participate in the tender opportunities mentioned above for the financial year 2024. The tendering process will follow the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.

Interested Tenderers can obtain a complete set of Tendering Documents in English through the Azania Bank website azaniabank.co.tz by selecting “Tenders” or directly at www.azaniabank.co.tz/azania-tenders upon payment of a non-refundable participation fee of Tshs 100,000.00. The fee should be paid to Account number: L1145065; Account Name: Miscellaneous Credit at any Azania Bank branch.

All tenders must include a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.

Completed Tender Documents, both the original and a copy, enclosed in a plain sealed envelope and marked with the Tender Name and Tender Number, should be addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives at Mawasiliano Tower, 3rd Floor, Board Room, on Monday, 22nd January 2024, at 02:00 p.m.

Late tenders, portions of tenders, tenders not received, or tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation under any circumstances.
