Job Purpose/Mission
The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role at EEA, ensuring established quality standards are met throughout the production process and the entire product life cycle. This role involves overseeing product quality from the design stage, mass production, until the end of life. The individual is responsible for ensuring EEA products meet customer expectations and comply with all relevant regulations. This position interfaces with manufacturing quality teams, global quality teams, country quality teams, and other cross-functional teams at EEA, as well as manufacturers supplying core hardware products. The role involves monitoring product quality performance, resolving product quality issues, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Business Support
- Enforce quality standards, procedures, and policies for EEA products and operations.
- Stay updated with internal, external, local, national, and global rules related to manufacturing, selling, and shipping.
- Lead, plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits.
- Handle data related to quality for product health analysis, supplier performance, quality reports, and required documentation.
- Take preventive quality control actions by identifying potential sources of error in product development, manufacturing processes, and various usage scenarios.
- Deployment – Upgrade (Workday)
- Assist in the future deployment of Workday modules.
- Manage integration with other business systems.
- Open Business cases in Workday Community for identified issues.
- Follow system evolutions requested by users and developed by AMS.
- Implement continuous process improvements using strategies like six sigma and lean manufacturing.
- Systems (Workday and FIS)
- Guarantee and follow system quality, performance, and availability.
- Follow data integrity.
- Organize and conduct business reviews and follow up on requests impacting tools for business client activities.
- Implement KPIs to monitor and improve activity.
- Others (Workday and FIS)
- Guarantee maintenance of overall application operations’ quality and performance with solutions and service providers.
- Coordinate the CLIENT’S “Key-users” network with business entities.
- Be the main point of contact for Workday, FIS, and AMS.
- Follow the budget related to Workday, FIS, and AMS.
- Ensure compliance of every dataset with operations, projects, and business processes standards.

Experience And Skills
Experience:
- 15+ years’ experience in a Quality-focused role.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Team leadership skills in addressing complex and diverse issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including knowledge of methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any scientific, engineering, or related field.
Language(s):
- Mandarin
- English
Technology:
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of high-level programming languages is desirable (Tableau, SQL, etc.).
- Experience in an electronic product development or manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of APQP process and ISO.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office.
- Understanding the application of quality assurance standards in manufacturing.
