About Us:

Uno Energies Zambia Limited is a registered OMC (Oil Marketing Company) and is expanding its footprint by opening fuel stations across the country. We are seeking qualified and dynamic individuals to join our team as Service Station Supervisors. The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the retail service station, ensuring effective customer service, cash and stock management, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail service station.
• Provide excellent customer service to retail clients.
• Oversee cash management, stock management, and daily reports.
• Produce and analyze reports to assess station performance.
• Supervise staff at the forecourt and ensure efficient operations.
• Implement safety measures and protocols.
• Interact with customers, address concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar industry.
• University Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized higher institution of learning.
• Full Grade 12 certificate with credit in English and Mathematics.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Good people management and cash management skills.
• Experience in customer interaction and site operations management.
