Multiple Positions Available – December, 2023

1. Chef

Responsibilities:

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
• Cook food in a timely manner.
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff.
• Inform kitchen staff about the daily special meals.
• Supervise cooking and provide assistance as needed.
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customer needs and requests.
• Monitor food stock and place orders.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any related food program.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g., grills and pasta makers).
• Experience in Chinese food preparation.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.
• Proven 2 years of work experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.

2. Customer Service Intern (2 positions)

Responsibilities:

• Pick up calls and respond to customer queries.
• Manage customer orders.
• Enter data into the system.
• Track orders to ensure they are loaded and delivered to the customer on time.
• Ensure to meet the target on time.
• Work with the team to close orders on time.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Business course.
• Knowledge of computers.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Leadership skills.
• No experience needed.
