Car Wash Supervisor at Private – December 2023
We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Monitoring and recording daily sales, as well as handling banking responsibilities.
- Supervising all staff members involved in car wash operations.
- Managing the operations of the small bar associated with the car wash.
- Implementing strategies to boost business and revenue.
- Handling the car wash’s social media page and engaging with customers.
- Retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.
- Meeting monthly business targets set for the team.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the surroundings on a daily basis.
