Job Descriptions: As a Call Centre Personnel, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails.
• Managing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Selling products and processing customer orders using computer systems.
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Providing accurate product and service information to customers.
• Researching required information using available resources.
• Resolving customer complaints using applicable software.
• Processing orders, forms, and applications accurately.
• Routing calls to appropriate resources within the organization.
• Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Recognizing, documenting, and alerting the management team of trends in customer calls.
• Following up with customers when necessary.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Fluent in both Swahili and English.
• Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Interpersonal savvy and strong people skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: 500,000Tsh – 700,000Tsh
