Sales Dynamo: Spearhead sales initiatives, ranging from door-to-door campaigns to cutting-edge digital strategies.

Market Insights: Analyze market trends and customer preferences, translating insights into effective promotional strategies.

Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with the China buying office to ensure products align seamlessly with local demand.

Performance Maestro: Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign performance, iterating strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

Proven Track Record: Showcase your success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

Zambian Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Zambian market, culture, and consumer behavior.

Digital Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms.

Communication Skills: Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
