Qualifications:

Well trained and good experience in a bar or hotel
Minimum of 4 years working experience
Understanding of drinks measurements and pouring techniques
Strong knowledge of drinks recipes, including classic cocktails and popular beverages.
Customer-service skills, excellent communication to interact with customers and work with the team..
Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing drinks and handle cash transactions..
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, especially during busy hours.
Time management.

Job Description:

Provide excellent customer service, by taking orders and serving beverages in time and friendly manner.
To ensure all guests receive the One Nature experience, compliant with our high standard of service offering.
Interact with customers, engage in conversation and ensure a positive experience.
Prepare a mix variety of beverages, including cocktails,beer and wine according to customer preferences.
Ensure that drinks are accurately poured and properly presented.
Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
Accurately handle cash and other forms of payment.
Keep the bar area clen and organized, and ensure the bar area meets health and safety materials
Monitor and restock bar inventory, keep the track of inventory levels and notify management.
Collaborate with other staff members, team work.
