Responsibilities


  • Provides post implementation EVB support across the network; formulates frameworks and drives guiding principles to support and enable ecosystem managers to execute on EVB requirements. Support upskilling initiatives where required.
  • Ensures a consistent understanding of EVB across the bank (including segments, client solutions and corporate functions); monitors EVB projects from beginning to end to ensure that the scope, goals and deliverables are met within the required timelines and Mobilises EVB projects / initiatives across the bank.
  • Owns the EVB project plan and performs project planning from an insights perspective to support the EVB roll-out plan and roadmap
  • Represents EVB at relevant internal and external forums with the necessary decision mandate and acts as single point of contact for EVB across all segments.
  • Manages stakeholder engagements to ensure delivery within SLA and ensures EVB processes are in support of a consistent and excellent client experience.
  • Drives positive client experience through implementing client feedback surveys and creates models to ensure EVB clients can be measured across all channels (depending on which channel the client interacts with).
  • Drives continuous improvement based on client value, service model, process improvements and sensing capability.
  • Together with Marketing develop appropriate take to market strategies and initiatives (e.g., campaign management), client-based campaigns, adoption of key projects and initiatives.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to the front line in order to improve their capability of response and provide input into the development of the EVB offering.
  • Provides economic, competitor and sector / segment insights to the front line to enable improved client engagements.
  • Ensures detailed insights and analytics are provided on internal and external potential markets / clients to enable EVB teams to target the right clients.
  • Uses sales knowledge and market insights to influence conversations with product / enablement teams to formulate EVB objectives across segments.
  • Provides input to front line on risk and compliance matters (e.g., operational risk, governance of pricing strategy and modelling).
  • Conducts competitor analysis as input strategies and plans to counteract competitors EVB strategies; Co-create Marketing strategy to assist the EVB growth.
  • Develops an EVB system which enables the executing teams in the front line to effectively manage their company database and activity management, including sales growth within each company.
  • Provides input to digitization and automation of processes; Directs the utilization of insights, data and analytics to change behavior and meet transaction migration initiatives / projects expectations.
  • Tracks EVB milestones, penetration of new to bank in selected companies, across industry sectors; Manages the analysis, interpretation and communication of all sales data at team and provincial level.
  • Provides input talent strategy developed by People and Culture; Ensures alignment to the People and Culture standards with regards to all employee-related matters.
  • Inspires the team to deliver on the Groups shared purpose and instilling a culture which enables the group to evolve into a client led platform organization.
  • Enables integrated ways of working and collaboration across the value chain to deliver for the client.


Requirements Knowledge And Experience


  • Experience in the design and development of client value propositions.
  • Experience within CHNW/Business Clients distribution environment.
  • Experience in the application of data management, advanced analytics, business intelligence and quantitative techniques.
  • 5-7 years experience in similar position.
  • Knowledge and understanding of costing, budgeting and finance concepts and the understanding and application of related processes and procedures.
  • The ability to interpret financial reports, measure performance and execute key ratio analyses.
  • The ability to translate organizational goals into strategic people plans.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the features, benefits and pricing of the products and services on offer to Personal Banking customers across multiple customer segments.
  • The ability to express ideas using clear and effective writing, in order to support professional communication internally and externally to the Bank.
