【What You'll Be Doing】
· Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the international marketing team to expand foreign markets and sell products, completing annual tasks.
· Responsible for developing the main sales goals and plans for international marketing, participating in or assisting with the implementation of relevant policies and systems, and leading their implementation.
· Responsible for developing the overall international marketing sales strategy and leading its implementation.
· Optimizing international business processes and improving the international marketing management system.
· Responsible for building the international marketing team, guiding and training team members' business capabilities, and forming an excellent international marketing team.
· Responsible for daily department management and guiding, training, motivating, and evaluating subordinates.
· Insight into the global wind energy development trend, timely adjustment of international marketing strategy.
· Lead the team to maintain high-level customer relationships and conduct high-level visits.
· 负责带领国际营销团队进行国外市场开拓、产品销售，完成年度任务。
· 负责制定国际营销主要销售目标与计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度，并主导实施。
· 负责制定整体国际营销销售策略，并主导实施。
· 优化国际业务流程，完善国际营销管理体系。
· 负责国际营销团队建设，指导和培养团队人员业务能力，组建优秀的国际营销团队。
· 负责部门日常管理以及下属员工的指导、培训、激励与评估。
· 洞察国际风电发展趋势，及时调整国际营销策略。
· 带领团队维护高层客户关系，进行高层互访等。
【What We're Looking For】
· Bachelor degree / More than 8 years of experience in international business development in wind turbine.
· Strong business awareness, with the ability to independently develop major domestic customers or international markets.
· With project resources and customer resources in the wind power industry.
· With strong insight in wind turbine and risk managment
· Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in english, written and spoken
· 本科及以上学历，8年及以上风电行业国际营销工作经验，熟悉海外营销流程，国际贸易流程。
· 商业意识强，具备独立开发国内大客户或国际市场能力。
· 具备深厚的风电行业项目资源和客户资源。
· 敏锐的国际风电趋势和国际风险洞察能力。
· 具备很好的问题处理能力、谈判技巧、营销技巧、沟通协调能力、团队建设能力。
· 流利的英文听说写能力，可与国际客户进行直接的商务谈判。
