Job Description
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the Assurance of Company manufacturing
Production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
The quality control manager understands the customer's needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams.
Your responsibilities will include Assuring Safety and Compliance of the company
Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance with ISO, American Army and TBS standards and all required Documents aref properly
- Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet the requireds for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Ensuring product quality starting from the production of preforms, bottles, stickers and TRA
- Stamp until the product enters the market is at the required quality standard.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, ando appropriate staff.
- Coordinates product testing processes, and follow all required filing process for every test results, Daily, Weekly monthly.
- Devising ways to improve the Company manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or Processes, and training staff to use them.
- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.

- Ensure that your testing process is fast and efficient and your products have very few defects.
- Increase the number of daily test executed by 10%
- Ensure testing of the Products before enter
- Lower the number of severe defects found in the products by 5%
- Improve the efficiency of our production equipment
- Improve the compliance rate of our product
