ECOBANK Tanzania Limited is one of the competitive commercial banks in Tanzania that seeks to provide unique ond valuable experience to highly talented fresh Graduates through its Graduate Trainee Program designed to provide an opportunity to gain practical insight of the financial Sector through intensive on the job training in various functions of the bank.
Program requirements:
- Fresh Graduates from University not more than 25 years of age.
- A minimum of Upper Second-Class preferably GPA of 3.8 and above.
- Graduated within Academic Year 2020 & 2021
Field of Study:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Accountancy and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking £ Finance, Actuarial Science, Human Resources, Statistics, Information & Technology, LLB, or any related business program.
Masters or Postgraduate Diploma studies in Business studies will be an added advantage.
