Job Description
Ensure compliance to all onboarding processes for new hires into the project
Conduct inductions for all new starters into the Project
Updating and managing the leave tracker and ensuring it is accurate in terms of leave accrued and liability
Draft employment contracts for review by HRM
Assist and support in continuous improvement on HR Processes – Recruitment, On boarding, monthly payroll data, organization/HR changes and employee issues
Advises on and ensures that HR Policies and procedures are understood and followed by employees
Tracking of HR complaints brought in both in file and in the system
Maintain Documentation Control system that is effective and user-friendly – HR Forms, Policies and Procedures, Memos, Newsletters etc.
Involved in projects related to enhancing effectiveness of teams and HR processes and delivery (team building, employee surveys etc)
Any other duties as tasked or determined by Human Resources Manager
Knowledge and Experience
University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
6 to 8 years’ experience
Experience working in a dynamic International organization at a similar role.
