Job Description
Reviewing the beneficiary debtor list
Contacting the beneficiaries and informing them of their overdue bills
Negotiating suitable payment plans
Responsible for submitting activity reports and financial reports on a regular basis to the board
Ensuring collection targets are met
Implementing a proper debt follow-up workflow
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, business management or similar field
Previous experience working in microfinance/bank/NGO.
