Executive Director of Buchosa District Council after obtaining approval
alternative employment from the Permanent Secretary Office of the President Public Service Management: Public and
Good Governance. advertises job opportunities for qualified and skilled Tanzanians
to fill the position of Village Executive grade 3 position 3)
a) Qualifications of the applicant:
Employed with a nme (V} or Sta (Vi) graduate
Diploma / Certificate in one of the following fields: Administration. Shena, Social Education
Financial Management Social Development and Art Science from a State College
2a Local, Hombolo Dodoma or any College recognized by Serikalk
b) Duties and Responsibilities of the Village Executive:
1 Accounting Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Kyj Government
2. To manage the theft and security of citizens and their property. to be a peacemaker and
supervisor1 of good governance in kijq.
Coordinating 'and overseeing the implementation of development plans

Secretary of meetings of all committees of the Village Council
5. Interpret and manage policies, rules and procedures.
6. To prepare and report on the implementation of the work in its area and to mobilize
citizens in developing and implementing strategies to eradicate hunger, poverty

7. Leader of the heads of professional units in the city.
Manage. collect and store all records and documentation.
9Chairman of the panel of experts present in the village
10 To receive, hear and resolve grievances and disputes of citizens,

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The applicant must be a Tanzanian Rala
