QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE
Education: Bochelor's Degree in HRM or any related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years professional experience as HR.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General
- Responsible for all human resource and administrative activities across the company.
- Ensure that performance appraisals are conducted as per schedule.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments.
- Oversee the implementation of the department balance scorecard and company strategic plan.
Human Resources and Trainings
- departmental heads and supervisors on matters pertaining to good labor andindustrial relations.
- Listen to and resolve employees' problems and deal with day-to-day issues atfecting their
- welfare and industrial relations.
- To facilitate Total Quality Manogement and Process Improvement training such that it
- becomes part of company's culture.
- To maintain accurate personnel records.
- To provide safe custody of company property designated to you.
- Estoblish and maintain good working relationship with statutory and regulatory stakeholders
- such as NEMC, DOSH, NSSF, HESLB, NHIF and local government.
Outsourced Services
- Monitor outsourced services effectiveness in executing their areas of accountability.
- Review their contracts to ensure suitability and objectiveness
- Hold regular briefing meetings with their management representatives.
