Good Neighbors Tanzania was established in 2005 and works in more than five Regions includes Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, Pwani, Dodoma, Kigoma, Mwanza, and Zanzibar. Its head office is located in Dar es Salam along Bagamoyo road, Boko area, near Chama bus stand.

Purpose:

 

GNTZ intends to dispose of Three (3) vehicles in early December 2021 through public auction. Now the Organization is searching for valuers to determine the actual value for the vehicles and submission of valuation report for consideration during the auction process.

GNTZ now invites applications from qualified valuers companies to undergo the above service

 

General Requirement

1. The valuers company should be legally registered, authorized to valuation in the country, and provide a copy of written proof of this includes not limited to business registration, Tax clearance.

2. Experienced, reputable company, with permanent building, office and skilled personnel are required

1. To get the official market value of the proposed disposed vehicles and help the organization to maximize the profit from the auction process.

SCOPE OF WORK

Service duration: 6th – 13th Dec 2021

Roles and responsibilities of the Valuers Company

1.      Inspecting and assessing the condition of proposed disposed vehicles

2.      Estimating the market value of the proposed vehicle per the valuation process and guideline

 

3.      Offering advice and guideline for the client to consider during the auctioning

4.      Preparation and submission signed, approved valuation report contains all information to GNTZ

5.      To make an impartial, true, and fair valuation of assets required to be valued.

6.      Others per both parties’ agreement
