Overview:
The Senior Regional Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and project coordination to the Regional Leader, Area Director, and a team of Operations Leads who directly support our Owner/Operators.

- Properly manage phone calls, emails, voicemails, and texts according to company policy
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for calendar management, which includes scheduling a variety of meetings and events with staff, Operators, and external participants
- Support Regional Leader with all liaison roles and responsibilities
- Support Regional Leadership Team meetings and follow up on decisions from those meetings
- Schedule and attend monthly Area Support Team meetings, capture action items, schedule and support additional related meetings as needed
- Create and maintain MS Teams channels related to Area Support Teams
- Coordinate travel for infield and internal Operator selection visits for Area Directors
- Update/maintain Operator selection progress using specialized software
- Review and submit accurate and timely expense reports for leadership approval
- Process invoices and check requests
- Host guests, candidates, and vendors, as needed
- Lead and/or support projects as assigned
- Revise and edit department communications
- Assist in research and preparation for a variety of meetings and/or NEXT presentations
- Travel to attend annual NEXT event, department retreats, and Region and/or Team Planning
- Optional travel opportunities may be available
- Gain proficiency using virtual meeting technology used to support flexible work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in sociology , business administration, education, community development or any related field, preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings and weekends, in order to meet the needs of
- community residents and be present at community functions
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of community development issues, and experience working in diverse communities including
- multiple generations (seniors, youth, working adults), as well as across ethnic and racial communities
- Strong command of MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- High energy, initiative, and creativity are desired
Remuneration will be in line with the set procedures of the organizations which consider the experience and qualifications of the candidate (USD 1500-2500)
