INVITATION TO APPLY FOR POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES FOR THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR
(WINDOW 4)
Introduction
The University of Dodoma invites all applicants aspiring to pursue various postgraduate degree
programmes for the 2021/2022 academic year, which commences on 30th October 2021.
Mode of application
1. Applicants should apply directly to the University of Dodoma through the UDOM Online Application
System (OAS) available at https://application.udom.ac.tz.
2. Window four (4) applications will be closed on 20th October 2021.
3. Successful applicants will be notified of their aftermath through their application accounts a month after
logging the application.
Application fee
The application fee is 50,000 TZS for Tanzanians and 50$ for foreign applicants. The fee is non-refundable.
Admission requirements
SN PROGRAMMES ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Postgraduate Diploma For Postgraduate Diploma, candidates should have at least a GPA of
2.0 of a relevant Bachelor degree.
2 Master’s Degree i. For Master Degree by Coursework and Dissertation,
candidates should either hold a Bachelor degree with a
minimum GPA of 2.7 or its equivalent from a recognized
Higher Education Institution.
ii. Candidates who hold unclassified degrees (e.g. Doctor of
Medicine (MD)) should have a B grade or above in the
respective subjects of intended Master degree.
iii. Candidates with pass degree qualifications will be considered for admission at UDOM if:
a. Have work experience of at least five (5) years
after graduation.
b. Have evidence of additional relevant training lasting
for at least six (6) months after graduation.
