ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL TO WORK

Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children for

in collaboration with the Benjamin William Mkapa Foundation (BMF) is implementing the Project

to Strengthen Sustainable and Sustainable Health Systems (RSSH) through

funding of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and

Malaria (Global Fund). This project aims to strengthen health care

in the ten (12) Regions given priority by this project.

The Ministry would like to inform all professionals who have applied for vacancies

Various Health cadres, through the Electronic application system

The work of the Ministry of Health is the process of allocating work centers

through Global Fund funding under the Mkapa Foundation has been completed

they are required to report to the designated work stations.

All applicants assigned to work centers are required to consider

The following instructions before going to report to the stations:

i) Attend a working session for filling out employment contracts and

complete employment procedures on the 5th day of the 10th month in Dar Es

Salaam (Hall to be notified).

ii) In addition, applicants who fail to attend the above-mentioned work session,

their vacancies will be filled by other applicants as soon as possible within

Fourteen days.

 iii) Appointed professionals are required to arrive with documents

 the following: -

 a.  Copy of Form Four / Six certificate

 b.  Copy of Professional Certificates

 c.  Actual registration and licensing certificate for the relevant cadres such as;

 technologists and nurses.

 d.  Internship training certificate

 e.  Real birth certificate.

 f.  Copy of your bank card.

 g.  All copies of the above-mentioned certificates must be approved by

 lawyer to verify if they are genuine copies of the applicant.

 h.  Personal information (CV) showing age, full address and number

 cell phone, as well as cell phone address / number

 not less than three (3) sponsors.

 i.  Two (2) photos - Passport size.

 List of names of all experts assigned to work centers

 available on the Ministry of Health website www.moh.go.tz.  and the website of

 Benjamin Mkapa Institute www.mkapafoundation.or.tz.

 In addition, we would like to inform all potential employers that these jobs are

 of the contract and are managed by the Mkapa Institute through the Project of

 Strengthening Sustainable and Sustainable Health Systems (RSSH).  Before or

 upon completion of the contract period, all employees in the project are mentioned

 they may have the opportunity to join the Public Service jobs

 in accordance with Government Employment procedures if employment opportunities are available.
