ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW
The Executive Director of Kongwa District Council would like to inform all job applicants
who applied for the position of Special Secretary Grade III and Assistant Records Assistant Grade II through approval
of Alternative employment with Ref. Na. FA.170 / 366/01/131 dated June 14, 2021 from the Secretary General
(SERVICE), that the interview is expected to take place from 16 to 17 August, 2021. The interviewers called for the interview should adhere to the following instructions: -
(i) The selection process will take place on August 16, 2021 from 1.30 am at the School
Mnyakongo Secondary and Interviews will be held on August 17, 2021 at the Hall
Kongwa District Council. (ii) Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview area wearing a Mask and to observe
all instructions to protect yourself from Corona. (iii) Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV or
VI, Diploma and "Transcript". (iv) Each candidate must have a Citizenship Identification (NIDA) or NIDA Number. (v) Candidates who will submit "Testimonials", "Provisional Results", "Statement of results",
Form IV or VI results (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY
THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW;
(vi) For applicants who have studied outside Tanzania to ensure that their Certificates are verified and approved by
Relevant authorities (TCU, NACTE and NECTA); na;
(vii) Applicants whose names appear in this advertisement should know that they are not satisfied
parameters. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when vacancies are advertised and comply with the requirements
relevant announcement. (viii) Each interviewee will pay for food, transport and accommodation.
