Job Description
Invoicing clients on a daily basis
Reconciling bank statements
Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts
Making sure all legislative payments are being processed and done in time
Following up with debtors and maintaining a list of creditors
Act as the main contact person with TRA and other related government authorities
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget, forecast trends and cashflows
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
Leading the accounts team to perform according to company set goals
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years Experience in a busy environment
Minimum Bachelors in Finance/Accounting
Experience in logistics industry preferred
Must have CPA/NBAA/ACCA
Must be an excellent communicator with presentation skills
Male candidates preferred
