Job Description:

Sakae Paradise Resort is in search of a diligent and dedicated Guest Relations & Housekeeping Supervisor to join our exceptional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their teams to deliver the highest service standard for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable stay at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Guest Relations and Housekeeping departments.
  2. Implement and maintain standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and other service areas.
  3. Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues, providing prompt and professional customer service support.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to establish and maintain effective operations.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure guest satisfaction, staff compliance, and quality control.
  6. Provide regular training and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
  7. Produce weekly reports regarding staffing, occupancy, guest feedback, and other key performance indicators.
  8. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
  9. Participate in the resort’s strategic planning and improvement initiatives to ensure quality and high-end service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a guest relations/housekeeping supervisor or relevant role in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems and office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on staff management, training, and motivation.
  • English fluency, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
