Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Zone Commander located in Lusaka Province, Zambia. The Zone Commander is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the assigned zone, managing and coordinating the activities of security staff, conducting regular site audits and risk assessments, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and local law enforcement agencies, and enforcing established security protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory role in the security industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of security software, technology, and systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred
Professional certification in security management is a plus
