The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) extends its warm greetings to all eligible candidates who have been shortlisted for interviews in various government institutions. As a pivotal and independent department established under the Public Service Act No. 8 of 2002, amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1), PSRS plays a vital role in ensuring the recruitment of qualified individuals to serve in the Public Service.

Mission: To undertake recruitment of Public servants using modern approaches, adhering to principles of equity, transparency, and merit, while providing advice to employers on employment-related matters.
