Categories of Goods, Services, and Consultancy: BRAC Tanzania is seeking qualified vendors for the supply of various goods, services, and consultancy in the following categories:

A. Goods:

1. Stationery materials
2. Office supplies (consumables)
3. ICT service, equipment, and peripherals
4. Furniture and fittings
5. Sewing machines & accessories
6. Salon equipment & accessories
7. Sports materials
8. Printing of promotion materials
9. Printing of program materials
10. Safe box
11. Agricultural inputs
12. Construction materials/hardware
13. Pharmaceutical products
14. Assistive devices (i.e., wheelchairs)
15. School materials (scholastic materials)
16. General Supply
17. Generator

B. Service:

1. Translation service
2. Cleaning service
3. Catering service
4. Hotel for conducting conference accommodation
5. Transport service (Logistics and services, car rental service)
6. Vehicle service and maintenance (garage)
7. Security services
8. Legal services
9. Advertisement and publication
10. Photographic services
11. Decoration
12. Air ticketing
13. Car tracking

Consultancy:

• Trainings
• Base line survey
• End line survey

Objective of this EOI: The primary objective is to identify qualified vendors capable of providing the mentioned services to BRAC Tanzania at a reasonable price and with good quality.

Deliverables: BRAC Tanzania is seeking services from various regions where their offices are currently operating. The vendors must provide:

1. TIN & VAT Certificates
2. Certificate of incorporation
3. At least two years of working experience in the relevant services
4. Updated Tax clearance

Invitation of Proposals: Interested companies are invited to submit proposals consisting of:

1. About the Company: Physical address; Company Profile; Certificate of Incorporation; and a valid business license.
2. About Tax: Certificate of Registration for Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN); Certificate of Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT); and the latest Tax Clearance Certificate.
3. Accreditations: Certificates of accreditation by various authorities (where applicable) or specific industry licenses, if required.
4. NSSF Registration (for registered companies); and
5. Audited reports and financial statements of the latest two to three years.
6. Memorandum/Article of Association (MEMART) if any

Deadline of Receiving Proposals: The deadline for receiving proposals is 17:00 hrs on 9th February 2024.

Submission Procedure: Submit proposals in sealed envelopes to BRAC Tanzania P.O. Box 105213 Natai Plaza, Coca-Cola Road Light Industrial Area – Mikocheni Dar es Salaam, or via email to admintanzania@brac.net. Clearly state the category name, title, and number.
