Responsibilities:
- Ensure the long-term prosperity of the business.
- Ensure good levels of customer service.
- Meet financial targets.
- Management of a portfolio of personal clients.
- Sales management.
- Adopt a “hands-on” approach to client contact and follow-up.
- Champion the BancABC customer experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Relationship Management or a similar role, preferably in the personal and SME market segment or Corporate Banking.
- Broad-based knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets, and economic environments.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and credit risk analysis.
- Ability to research and aggressively source new business through own initiatives.
