About the role:

As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving partnerships that enhance our gaming ecosystem and fuel our growth. You will be a key player in defining and executing our partnership strategy, identifying opportunities to collaborate with industry leaders, and building lasting relationships that contribute to our success.


The Quest:

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision for each business vertical.
  • Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Identify potential partners, evaluate their suitability, and assess the strategic value they bring to our gaming ecosystem.
  • Negotiation and Deal-Making: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth and innovation.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities that give us a competitive edge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and other teams to align partnership initiatives with our overall business strategy.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of partnerships and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and challenges in partnerships and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.


The Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a strategic partnerships role within the video game industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and performance metrics.
  • Team player with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
