2 Tele collection Officer
JOB DETAILS:
Basic Job Functions
• Follow up with clients payments to meet monthly collection targets
• Calls and mandates sign off to ensure positive conversations
• Team Collaboration to ensure maintained relationship . Timely report submission
Desired Qualifications:
• Minimum of Diploma in Business administration/business related field
• Proficiency in Computer applications
Other Attributes:
• Good communication skills
• Customer care skills
• Problem solving and proactive
• Ability to work on deadlines.
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
