Job Summary
Merchant Service Support officer will be responsible with all merchant operations like vetting, Filling, scanning and attach internal supporting documents to New Merchant Application forms, send daily card breakdown to merchants in collaboration and under the instruction of the Merchant Relationship Manager. Job holder will have 80% responsibility on Merchant operation services, 10% on Sale & Cross Sales while 10% on technical support.
Job Description
Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for error.
Providing prompt and courteous services to all internal and external customers.
Vetting, Filling, Scanning of New Merchant Application Forms.
Working in a changing environment where responsibilities and duties may change.
Prepare and share daily merchant breakdowns to clients.
Track and follow up merchant queries submitted to Card ops team for quick and timely resolution.
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
