DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i.To receive and process Business/Industrial licensing applications in accordance with the and its regulation;

ii.To conduct Business licensing inspection.

iii.To maintain Business licensing statistics.

iv.To preserve manual and electronic Business license documents;

v.To prepare and presents analytical assessment of Business Licenses application;

vi.To assist potential investors with technical information and advice on suitable investment possibilities;

vii.To provide technical advice to prospective investors on viability of Business Licensing projects;

viii.To issue Business Licenses and certificates of registration;

ix.To prepare progress reports;

x.To provide inputs for preparation of periodic reports;

xi.To provide inputs for development and review of policies and guidelines; and

xii.To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Laws (LL.B) or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions. Must be computer literate.
