Since its creation in 2009, ALIMA has treated more than 7 million patients, and today deploys its operations in 12 African countries. In 2019, we developed 41 humanitarian medical response projects to meet the needs of populations affected by conflict, epidemics and extreme poverty. All of these projects support national health authorities through nearly 330 health structures (including 28 hospitals and 300 health centers). We work in partnership, especially with local NGOs, whenever possible to ensure that our patients benefit from expertise wherever it is, whether in their country or in the rest of the world. THE ALIMA TEAM :More than 2000 people currently work for ALIMA. The field teams, as close as possible to the patients, receive their support from the Coordination teams generally based in the capital of the countries of intervention. These receive support from the 4 desk teams and the emergency and openings service team based at the operational headquarters in Dakar, Senegal. The Paris and New York teams are actively working on fundraising as well as representing ALIMA. The rest of the ALIMA Galaxy includes individuals and partner teams who work on behalf of other organizations such as medical NGOs BEFEN, ALERTE Santé, SOS Médecins / KEOOGO, AMCP, research organizations PACCI, INSERM, the Universities of Bordeaux or Copenhagen, the NGO Solidarités International and many others.


OUR COUNTRIES OF INTERVENTIONS: Mali, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Nigeria, Niger, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mauritania, Cameroon, Guinea, South Sudan, Senegal.


OUR PROJECT THEMES : Malnutrition, Maternal Health, Primary Health, Pediatrics, Malaria, Epidemics (Ebola, Cholera, Measles, Dengue, Lassa, Covid-19), Hospitalization, Emergencies, Gender-Based Violence.


ALIMA promotes and defends the principles of fundamental human rights. ALIMA has a zero tolerance approach towards those guilty of acts of gender-based and sexual violence as well as towards inaction in the face of alleged or actual acts of violence. Work closely with the Recruitment and Pool Management team. Functionally reports to the Recruitment and Pool Management Officer and hierarchically to the Recruitment and Mobility Manager.


MAIN GOALS


Participate in the development and implementation of effective recruitment processes as well as efficient pool management for the proper conduct of ALIMA activities: MAIN MISSIONS


1) Support for the recruitment and management of pools


● Ensured the publication and closing of announcements on the different job boards


● Carried out the first sorting of CVs and the telephone interviews

● Wrote responses to candidates based on comments left by recruiters

● Created the files of the candidates pre-selected in the drive and coordinated the written tests

● Ensured the collection of administrative documents and organized interviews

● Ensured the reference surveys and archived them in the respective files

● Establish the salary sheets and coordinate the relay with the BAP

● Assisted the Recruitment and Pool Management Officers in the monitoring of the pools and HR Marketing activities

● Ensured the daily processing of emails from the application inbox 2) Database management

● Collect the necessary information from the Recruitment Officers for updating the HR database (HERO) ● Enter the various elements in the HR database as they are created (mission, individual data, etc. .) ● Be a source of proposals to the Recruitment and Pool Management Officers on the availability of profiles in Hero PROTECTION OF BENEFICIARIES AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS


Level 1 : The incumbent will not have contact with children and / and vulnerable adults or access to personal data concerning them in the course of his work; therefore, the criminal record check will not be mandatory for this position, unless the content of the position changes, in which case the level of protection of vulnerable populations will have to be reviewed. ** EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS


EXPERIENCE


Training bac + 3 in Human Resources Management or equivalent with experience in a similar position, you have a good command of the Microsoft Office package and a database tool (SAP, Oracle or other); you are an organized and rigorous person in his work, who knows how to manage the high variability of requests and short deadlines. In addition, you have a pronounced taste for meticulous tasks and team spirit; you are curious and open to working with new software, you like to understand its functionalities on your own (for example you have learned to do DBT by yourself in Excel or mailings in Word) LANGUAGE SKILLS
