ORGANZATIONAL SETTING
The Office of the Executive Director provides strategic leadership for the development and
management of the organzation. It coordinates the corporate work programme through preparation
and montoring of the Centre's Business Plan and the key functions of evaluation, resource
mobization and corporate communications. It chairs key committees to lay corporate development,
strategic onentation and policy direction and represents the Centre at the executive level vis-Ã -vis
governments, United Nations bodies, WTO and other organizations
The Office of the Executive Director also assumes technical and managerial responsibility for the
implementation of the Executive Forum

RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director the incumbent will
Manage the Executive Office for smooth, coordinated and efficient operation including facilitating
the agreement on the resolution of issues, of the corporate agenda and priorities for the
attendance of the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director or designated representative,
Provide strategic guidance and advice to the Executive Director/Deputy Executive Director on
options, opportunities and challenges
As a member of the ITC Senior Management Committee, contribute to the shaping and
implementation of corporate management policy,
